Colour perception concerns
The colours you see on your device may vary due to the varying colour reproduction, brightness, resolution and temperature of individual devices. If you need a “daylight” image please contact our customer service team, and we will share the images if needed. We will not accept exchanges or refunds against colour perception concerns.
Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Please be aware that we do not accept returns and exchanges.
2. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9113866969 or email us at care@anekastories.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost subject to availability or else we will refund the entire amount to you in 7-10 working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
